Vermont Agency Selects Normandeau for Restoration

Bedford, NH — The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VT DEC) has selected Normandeau Associates and its team partner Hoyle, Tanner & Associates to assist the State of Vermont Ecosystem Restoration Program in the implementation of ecosystem restoration and protection projects. Specific technical services include: wetland and floodplain assessment and restoration; stormwater inventory, assessment and management; stream geomorphic assessment and planning; road inventory and assessment; and bio-engineering and bio-technical practice implementation. Eugene Forbes in HTA's Burlington, VT office and Bill McCloy in Normandeau's Rutland, VT office will coordinate these services under the direction of Kari Dolan, Manager of the VT DEC Ecosystem Restoration Program.

Normandeau Associates has provided environmental services to federal and state agencies and private clients in Vermont for many years. Services include the preparation of EIS and EA documents, FERC relicensing, wetlands and wildlife field work, mapping and assessments, Act 250 and Section 248 submissions, restoration of natural resources, and federal, state and local permitting.
